- The eVoucher is valid for (1) person for 3-Course Lunch at Le Pristine Singapore.
- The eVoucher is valid on Tuesdays – Saturdays. Le Pristine Singapore is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
- Prior reservation is required, subject to availability. Please contact Restaurant Reservation Hotline at telephone: +65 6732-1234 or reserve via Le Pristine Singapore - Grand Hyatt Singapore - TableCheck. Black-out dates apply.
- The eVoucher is not valid for special events such as Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, at the hotel discretion.
- Please provide coupon number included in the letter when making reservation.
- The eVoucher must be presented at the time of redemption for it to be applied.
- The eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other credit card promotions, discounts, or the World of Hyatt loyalty programme.
- The eVoucher is valid for 6 months and will not be extended after expiry.
- Any charges exceeding the value of the eVoucher are to be settled directly by the guest, either by cash or credit card.
- The eVoucher is non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. It may not be resold or transferred for value. No refunds or credits will be given for unused portions.
- The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eVouchers. No replacement or refund will be issued. Guest are responsible for safeguarding the eVoucher. In case of loss of theft, contact our team from The Shop at telephone: +65 6416-7117 or email: theshop.sg@hyatt.com for assistance, but no compensation or replacement will be provided.
- The redemption of World of Hyatt points is not applicable.
- The menu items and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- The hotel reserves the right to make final decision in case of any dispute. Fraudulent or unauthorised use of the eVoucher will result in alternative payment being requested.
- The hotel reserves the right to institute additional security and verification procedures at the time of eVoucher redemption to prevent fraud. eVouchers transferred fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms may be cancelled.

- The hotel reserves the right to undertake renovations or upgrades as deemed necessary, at its discretion.
