Class Description:
The HY‑READY Programme is a focused 9‑week journey designed to prepare you for your first HYROX race with confidence. Beginning with a 1‑week introduction to movements and techniques, the programme then guides you through 8 weeks of progressive training to help every athlete get the most out of their performance.
 
Training in a small, supportive group, you will follow a structured plan that steadily builds strength, endurance, and race‑specific conditioning. Each session has a clear purpose—helping you pace yourself, manage fatigue, and move efficiently across HYROX’s unique workout demands.
 
As the weeks progress, your training begins to mirror that of athletes preparing for competition. With discipline, structure, and increasing focus on performance, this is where everything comes together—giving you the confidence to step onto the race floor truly HY‑READY.

Inclusion:

• 45–60 minute sessions, up to three times a week, led by HYROX‑Certified coaches over a structured 9‑week programme
• Access to locker and shower facilities at Damai
• Complimentary 45‑minute recovery in Damai’s Thermal Hydrotherapy facilities per day, including the Dual Therapy Sauna, Air Lounge Hydro Pool, Salt‑Infused Steam Room, and Halo Contrast Therapy Shower
• Full Fitness Centre access to Damai’s expansive 400 sqm gym, featuring state‑of‑the‑art cardio machines, strength training equipment, free weights, and functional mobility tools
• 4 hours complimentary parking per day

Terms & Conditions: 

• “Hotel” means Grand Hyatt Singapore, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, coaches and contractors. “Damai” means the relevant facilities and services provided at the Hotel.
• Upon payment, a confirmation email and eVoucher will be issued. The eVoucher is valid for 9 weeks from activation, unless otherwise stated, and is subject to availability.
• Contact Damai at +65 6416 7132 or damai.sg@hyatt.com to activate the eVoucher and make a booking.
• Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals will be treated as used sessions. No refund, credit or make-up session will be provided for missed or unused sessions.
• Outdoor classes may be moved indoors or rescheduled due to weather or operational reasons. If the Hotel cannot provide the service, a reasonable alternative or other remedy will be offered, subject to applicable law.
• The eVoucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-returnable and not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law or where the Hotel cannot provide the purchased service. Lost, stolen, altered or duplicated eVouchers will not be replaced or honoured.
• The eVoucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, credit card offers or Hyatt Loyalty Programme benefits. World of Hyatt points cannot be used. Additional charges must be paid by the participant.
• Services, facilities, coaches, schedules and inclusions are subject to availability, operating hours, capacity limits, maintenance and reasonable operational changes. Facility use is subject to all Hotel rules and instructions.
• Programme sessions and benefits must be used within the programme period stated in the product description. Unused sessions and benefits expire at the end of that period.
• Participants must be aged 18 or above, be medically fit to participate, disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries, and follow all safety instructions. The Hotel may refuse or stop participation where reasonably necessary for health, safety, misconduct or suspected fraud.
• Physical exercise and use of the facilities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, death or loss or damage to personal property. Participants voluntarily accept these inherent risks and participate at their own risk.
• Participants are responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost or third-party claim caused by their negligent, reckless, wilful, unlawful or improper conduct.
• The Hotel does not guarantee any specific fitness, health or performance result.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the Hotel’s negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
• Subject to applicable law, the Hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of personal property, or loss arising from a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions.
• Purchase or use of the eVoucher constitutes acceptance of these terms. Singapore law applies, subject to all non-excludable consumer rights.
